Brian is in Germany, so we called in local player and friend of the show Eric (@StoneMonkGamer on Twitter) to co-host the show. On this one, we also had a last minute guest appearance by Fergus, member of the Windy City Warhammer (WCW) club based in the Chicagoland area. Also popping into this show is Kenny Lull from The Combat Phase Podcast. With lots of people, there was a lot to talk about.
In this episode, we discuss Blood in the Sun V: Staying Alive, Buckeye Battles, and of course the big bombshell….Age of Sigmar. Most of us are pretty excited and had a lot to talk about. Our thoughts, dreams, future of the cast, and more are discussed as well for Warhammer and beyond.
Also make sure that you check out the WCW Throwdown Warhammer GT in Shaumburg, Illinois. This is going to be a real slobberknocker of an event. It’s a cool theme and these buys will go out of their way to help everyone make sure they have a good time. Heck, they are even trying to figure out how to get Warhammer Fantasy Battles players and Age of Sigmar players playing their favorite games, in one place and under one roof! How exciting is that.

We are all over the place on this one with lots of things we want to talk about and just not enough time to get it all in. Yeah, we probably should have just gotten together sooner, but that bum Conesy had to have a little surgery in there that stalled things out for a bit.
In this episode, our hosts discuss Dreadball by Mantic Games, touch on Dropzone Commander by Hawk Wargames, catch up on some big Warhammer news, movies, campaign wrap up and even some listener questions at the end. Yeah, there’s a lot of stuff packed into this episode.
By the way, as promised, here is the link to the campaign that was just run here in Madison at Pegasus Games. Overall, as you’ll here, we all had a good time with it and it was laid out well to go with our pick up games on regular game night.

First, let me apologize and warn, the sound quality isn’t are usual standard with this one. It’s recorded using a Google Hangout, and I didn’t do a great job of balancing everyone’s levels out of the gate which means that some people on the final cut ended up over amplified. Of course, if I would have had any brains I would have saved off the original recorded track as a back up before editing. It’s still a great show with some great stuff we chat about, just be ready for squeeky chair and over amplified Conesy.
That being said, in this episode, we talk about our favorite things about 8th edition. With guests Davy and Eric on as well as our hosts, it’s a lively chat and a great banter as we all discuss our favorite and least favorite rules in 8th edition.

In this episode, the hosts are together to talk about how things are going. Conesy goes off rails and talks a bit to much about Bolt Action by Warlord Games. Meanwhile, Brian has been quiet about his new secret project and not getting much in for gaming due to the normal school/life duldrums.
To spice it up, Conesy talks a bit about this new campaign and what it will hopefully do to spice things up for a crowd of Warhammer players that are tired of hearing about 9th edition doom and gloom.
