Today we went out of this world to play Ganymede by Sorry We are French and enjoy some brunch staples, French toast and mimosas.
In 2019, I attended my first GenCon. Ganymede was a game I signed up to play after doing some brief online research. During our first game we went online and secured a copy.
In the game you are recruiting settlers from Earth to travel to Mars and then Ganymede. Today we played with the Moon expansion. This expansion adds additional opportunities to recruit advisors, which provide additional bonuses and help to achieve your goal. My company just couldn’t get into a rhythm and was left in the dust as my husband pushed his company. I may have lost hard in today’s game, but that won’t deter me from playing this again.
Our dog had to see what was going on, we were having so much fun.
For brunch we ate French toast. To launch the entrée out of this world, we made it with Cinnamon Crunch bread and topped it with summer flavors. Toppings included real whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and of course our favorite maple syrup. This Cinnamon Crunch Bread looks complicated, but was one of the easier breads I’ve made.
